The leading pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca wanted to improve psychological safety in key teams throughout its business and accelerate its D&I efforts.
We undertook our Inclusive Leadership Programme starting in 2018 with the US Leadership team and key teams in Sweden, Asia and the UK. We also contributed to the Leading Business programme and supported the establishment of a D&I council.
AstraZeneca has launched its anti-racism strategy, built out its employee resource groups and explicitly linked inclusion to business success including its recent Covid-19 vaccine development.
