A Year of Transformation for Included

2024 has been a landmark year for Included, marked by exciting changes in leadership and board composition. In March, our Founder, Stephen Frost, transitioned from his role as CEO, passing the torch to Michelle Sequeira. This leadership evolution was further strengthened in May with the appointment of Jen Davidson as Director of Client Solutions. Stephen continues to guide the company as Chair of the Board, where he is joined by esteemed members John Anthansiou, Dimple Agarwal, and Steve Girdler.

Beyond leadership changes, we have expanded our talent pool of exceptional Associates, and revisited the firms we partner with, to ensure our clients have the best service. We have listened to our clients, and market, and revisited our solutions portfolio, and have had a year full of impactful client work – from whole-scale leadership and change programmes, embedding EDI into the fabric of their behaviours, systems and processes; through to redesigning EDI strategies and talent processes.

 

Looking Ahead to 2025

With a renewed vision and strategy centered on societal transformation, we are excited to embark on the next chapter of our journey into 2025 and beyond. Our mission remains steadfast: to create meaningful, lasting impact by transforming organisations, inspiring mindset and behavioural shifts, and embedding inclusion into every aspect of the employee and customer experience.

The year ahead holds exciting prospects, including the launch of new innovative DEI solutions and a new Impact Report. This report will highlight the tangible results of our partnerships and underscore how inclusion serves as a catalyst for positive change in real-world setting.
