Fiona French

Fiona has held a range of Chief People Officer roles over the past 15 years, sitting on Executive Leadership Teams and working closely with the Board of Trustees. Moat recently Fiona introduced a strategy on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at LifeArc, a self-funded medical research charity. She worked extensively with the Board to help embed EDI across all elements of the strategy, resulting in a high level of adoption and it being included in their Impact reports. With a foundation of HR leadership across a number of recognised businesses some of whom have been leading the EDI agenda including Diageo, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Telefonica.

As well as working in an advisory role with Included, Fiona has worked as an associate with coaching and organisation design consultancies, focusing on enabling performance and supporting the delivery of their strategy. Fiona holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, is a Fellow of the HR professional institute and has a Diploma in coaching from Henley Business School.
