Launch: f(i)’s first impact report

Today is a big day for Frost Included. We are honoured to publish and share with you our first ever Impact Report. The report, with a foreword by Baroness Doreen Lawrence, reflects on some of the key themes, learning and success factors we have gathered in our global inclusion work over the last decade, and the measurable impact they have had.

We have all experienced an extraordinary 2020. COVID-19 is a global health tragedy that has further revealed societal fault lines and inequities for marginalised groups. The acceleration of the Black Lives Matter movement continues to expose systemic and historic racial injustices. This a critical time to step back, reflect, and remind ourselves of the fundamental importance of inclusion in our national and global institutions – as well as to look forward to positive impact in the future.

We hope those who pick up this report, whether lay readers, D&I experts, or leaders of organisations, find encouragement and guidance within.

We welcome your feedback on the report and have created a 2-minute survey we would appreciate you completing (link here).

You will also notice the report references Included and Included.com – this is our new brand identity that will officially launch in Spring 2021. The Impact Report is the first publication to use the new brand and marks the beginning of our transition. We are delighted to give you an exclusive look at our branding, including our new logo.

Whilst our look might change, our values will not. We believe that diversity is a reality, but inclusion is a choice. We look forward to continuing to work to help leaders, individuals and organisations to make the choice of inclusion and create organisations where we can all belong.
