Rob joined Included in 2022 as a consulting manager. He brings his leadership and management experience and his diversity, equity, and inclusion expertise to bear in client-facing delivery and team management ensuring that the consulting team is perfectly positioned and supported to deliver sustainable change.
Rob received his MBA from Cambridge University whilst CEO of arts education charity Music Masters. There he was instrumental in establishing sector wide initiatives to drive greater inclusion across the music industry and to upskill a national workforce of musicians and creatives. In 2020 he joined the in-house equity, diversity, and inclusion team at the Royal Academy of Engineering building equity, diversity, and inclusion research and delivery programmes for industry and higher education.
Rob is on the advisory board for the Centre for Cultural Value and holds a range of advisory roles across arts, culture, and education.
