Vikki Barron

Vikki joined Included in 2019 to run the day-to-day business operations as part of the management team, bringing a range of experience from 18 years in the media industry. Vikki started out as a production co-ordinator at Carlton Television and LWT/Granada, including working on the pilot series of Come Dine with Me before production managing at ITV Studios on programmes including I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Hell’s Kitchen and Dancing on Ice. In 2010 Vikki moved into people and talent management, working with ITV Studios and BBC Drama with responsibility for production talent resourcing and recruitment.

Since 2014 Vikki has consolidated her range of project, finance and people management skills to focus on business operations, working with small businesses and start-ups including Idris Elba’s production company Green Door Pictures and digital first creative agency, Green Rock Media.

Throughout her career Vikki has been an advocate of D&I, working on Bafta’s Career Pathways group (2013-14) to address challenges within the TV, Film and Gaming industries to make the creative industries inclusive and accessible, through to supporting a range of schemes to open opportunity at all levels to underrepresented talent, mentoring new and developing talent, and offering career and CV advice.
