BT Sport is a leading broadcaster in the UK, covering major sporting events. In the wake of Black Lives Matter, the network’s leaders wanted to accelerate their on and off screen activity in support, and to further embed understanding and appreciation in the team.
We co-designed a bite sized leadership programme in four parts that balanced time commitment with arresting content and discussion. As we spread the time commitment over three months, it allowed for reflection and deep questioning.
On-air talent, as well as senior leaders, were able to be vulnerable, share and learn in a way they had not done before. This is leading to direct behavioural and content changes witnessed on screen.
