Raafi-Karim Alidina

Raafi is Consulting Manager, Data & Product Lead at Included.

His key areas of expertise lie in the statistics and measurement of D&I and behavioural economics for inclusion in organisations. The award-winning Inclusion Diagnostic, a statistically validated, quantitative behavioural metric for inclusion in organisations, has been used in organisations across more than 27 countries in 19 languages, and has helped thousands of underrepresented employees have their voices heard.

Raafi has a Bachelor’s degree and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University, and served as a Research Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School. His articles and work on D&I have been featured in newspapers, magazines, podcasts, and radio and television programs across North America, Europe, and Africa.
