Nick joined Included in 2020 and leads on defining, delivering, and measuring our impact. He works with clients from a variety of sectors to create meaningful impact – both within and beyond organisational contexts. He was the lead author of Included’s groundbreaking annual Impact Report.
Previously he was an Associate Director at Deloitte, where he advised global businesses on organisational strategy, workforce mobility, inclusion, and leadership development.
Nick is also a social and cultural historian of postwar Britain and holds a PhD from the University of London (Birkbeck). His first book, charting the contemporary history of sexual violence, was published in 2021 and he is also contributing author to The Key to Inclusion (July 2022).
He is a member of the UK-Japan 21st Century Group, having lived in or worked with Japan for most of his career, an Associate Fellow of a major Wellcome-Birkbeck research project on sexual violence (SH+ME), and an advisory board member for the Black Business Institute.
