Alex Marshall

An advocate for inclusion both within the workplace and society, Alex works with organisations across a range of sectors in the UK as an EDI consultant, educationalist, and speaker.

She has worked with large public sector organisations including the UK Civil Service to SMEs and not for profits across the social justice, culture and leisure sectors, and everything in between!

Prior to working in EDI consultancy, Alex worked as a senior leader for a number of organisations including most recently as the Director of Campaigns and Engagement for a gender equality organisation.

Alex has first-hand experience of being the “token woman” in the room, having worked in male dominated teams and sectors. She has lived experience of chronic illness and is a disability ally.

She is a Board Director of Hampshire F.A. and also sits on their Inclusion Advisory Group and Disability Pathway Group, and a mentor for the Sport Integrity Global Alliance female leadership programme.
