Aurélie is a French author, trainer, PCC coach, and facilitator passionate about gender, diversity and inclusion. Graduating from France’s leading business school HEC Paris, she has been working for the past 20 years in the humanitarian and social innovation field. From 2012 to 2015, she has curated different TEDx events and especially TEDxBarcelonaWomen and coached hundreds of international speakers.
In 2012, she founded her own brands The A Factor which has run innovation tours and inspiring events in places as diverse as Beirut or Nairobi and Shiftbalance to develop storytelling workshops to empower women all around the world.
Between 2016 and 2018, she spent a large amount of time in Pakistan, shooting a documentary on masculinity called Maard Ban, or “Be a man”, and designing and publishing various books with the support of Pakistani designers:
She loves to leverage media and storytelling to generate empathy, challenge stereotypes and foster behaviour change.
Aurélie works fluently in French, English, and Spanish. She is also an experienced facilitator, member of the Facilitators Pool of Airbus Leadership University and Ashoka Changemaker Exchange.
