Dimple is a management consultant with 30 years of experience advising global companies on strategic organisational and people issues.

Dimple has worked as a trusted advisor to CXOs focusing on operating models, restructuring and cost reduction, M&A, culture change, leadership, change management, capability building, diversity, equity and inclusion, HR transformation and future of work.

She started her career in India with Arthur Andersen as a Human Capital consultant and moved to London in 2004 to work with Deloitte (2004-2021). Her portfolio of clients has spanned the UK, Europe, USA, India, SE Asia and the Middle East and have included Unilever, Marriott, Shell, Barclays, SAB Miller, Clarks, InterContinental Hotels Group, Coca Cola Enterprises, Sainsbury’s. She is currently an independent advisor to a large Indian conglomerate.

In her last leadership role as Deputy CEO at Deloitte, she was responsible for 55,000 employees across 27 countries.
