Having trained initially as a Finance professional, Maria brings deep experience from several blue-chip consumer goods companies ranging from chocolate to blades and razors. She joined Included in 2022 as an Associate Consultant and supports delivery of client work across the five key areas.
As a Finance Business Partner, Maria delivered commercial analysis and supported strategic planning cross functionally, alongside colleagues across the organisation including Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. More recently, she was involved in the delivery of company-wide strategic projects with a strong IT collaboration. During her time in these organisations, Maria successfully initiated and implemented internal D&I initiatives including a company wide education programme she designed herself.
Maria is passionate about sustainable change and leaving behind a changed workplace for her three children.
