Rachel joined Included as a consultant in 2022. For two decades, Rachel has been developing and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes for international companies and non-profit organisations. In addition to diversity, equity, and inclusion work, Rachel facilitates leadership training and emotional intelligence workshops, and she is an executive coach.
Key projects led by Rachel include the establishment of the first D&I office at a global insurer in the US and Europe and the design and delivery of leadership programs for financial service providers and regulators from Africa and Asia to build institutional capacity to serve low-income women and close the gender gap in financial inclusion.
Rachel holds a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and is certified in several psychometric assessments. Rachel began her career as a social worker in New York City.
