Rob Neil OBE

Consultant

Rob is a Consultant with over 37 years’ experience in the Public Sector. He is an experienced facilitator and programme design expert across a wide variety of subjects, including; Diversity, Inclusive Leadership, Culture Change, Employee Engagement and Personal Development. Rob is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personal Development [CIPD].

Rob was awarded an OBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours list for ‘Services to Race Equality in the workplace and the community’ and later that same year won the Investing in Ethnicity’s Workplace Hero Award. Rob has worked with a variety of Government Departments including; Home Office, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, HMRC and the Ministry’s of both Justice and Defence.

In 2010, Rob co-founded Reach Society – the award winning social enterprise that encourages, motivates and inspires young people, especially Black boys and young Black men, to realise their potential and make viable transitions into adult life. He is also a contributing author to The Key to Inclusion (July 2022).
