Carly Grover

Project Executive & EA to CEO

Carly is Michelle’s Executive Assistant, working closely with her on diary management and client engagements. She has over 20 years’ secretarial experience and began her early career as a Sales Executive at Thomson Holidays. From there she joined engineering company High-Point Rendel as a Team Secretary, and subsequently joined KPMG in 2003. She spent over 14 years there, working alongside Stephen Frost (Included‘s founder) where he ran their D&I team in 2014.

Carly successfully juggled two maternity leaves, working part time at KPMG and Included and then moved to full time at Included as Stephen’s Executive Assistant in 2018.

Carly forms great relationships with all of Included’s clients with her friendly, professional and approachable nature which is invaluable in her role as Project Executive.

In her spare time, Carly enjoys long walks, visiting beauty spots with her two young children, short mini breaks away, and spending time with friends and family.
