This leading international development charity operates in complex contexts in East Africa. It wanted to ensure it gained full buy in and understanding of DEI within their Senior Leadership Team as part of a more holistic plan of work to set out its approach to DEI.
We ran our Inclusive Leadership Programme, coaching senior leaders in Kenya, Tanzania and the UK to help them find their authentic voice on the subject matter. We also supported their DEI leads to review their existing data and provide recommendations on what interventions they should consider to drive effective and sustainable changes towards a more inclusive culture.
We presented back data findings to inform leaders in areas of cognitive dissonance and they subsequently committed to informed actions that would help effect inclusive impact both internally and in Gatsby Africa’s development work.
