At this leading medical services provider, the new Head of D&I wanted to engage the leadership team and invite them to own the entire agenda in an open, accountable and transparent way.
We ran our Inclusive Leadership Programme at various locations in Denmark, culminating in embedding in their Executive team offsite.
All Executive team members committed to specific actions that could be tracked and incorporated in the overall strategy.
