Jen Davidson

Jen joined Included in 2024 as Director of Client Solutions. She leads and oversees the innovation of our products and services and supports our clients in realising their goals.

Jen has worked in DEI for 15 years in both consultancy and in-house positions, having led on DEI strategic reviews across a number of sectors including; recruitment, engineering, social housing and professional services.

Jen’s work has been nominated for several awards including; Women in Finance and People in Law. Her expertise and passion lie in the ability to find creative and unique ways to build inclusive talent pipelines and cultures.

She lives in Manchester with her young son Fraser. Loves the arts, good food, travel and running (trail, or after her son).
