This award-winning food producer wanted to embed D&I in everything they did, like they had done with sustainability. We started by engaging their senior leadership team.
Action
We took the senior team through a strategy session, followed by our full Inclusive Leadership Programme. This led to a reverse mentoring programme, a full systems review and ongoing sessions for recruiters and people managers.
Impact
D&I – like sustainability – is now business as usual at apetito. Leaders feel comfortable talking about it, sharing and being vulnerable across hierarchies, and it has contributed to their award-winning culture.
