Shortly before retiring as a partner at KPMG in 2018, Jayne was excited to become a founding member of the Advisory Board at Included. Prior to that she worked on inclusive leadership with Stephen Frost when he was KPMG’s internal head of D&I. She then worked directly with Steve and his team at Included from 2016 when she became part of the executive leadership team at KPMG, spearheading a culture review focusing on data, evidence-based decision making and inclusive behaviours.
Jayne became a tax partner at KPMG in 2003 until 2018, advising clients on their employment tax issues, remuneration planning and helping them to address their key people and talent issues to drive performance. This has provided Jayne with valuable insights into the impact culture has on the performance of an organisation, and the steps organisations can take to build and safeguard it. Key to this is D&I, something which Jayne wanted to pursue beyond life at KPMG.
Working with experts like Steve and his team at Included is incredibly rewarding. Their passion, energy and drive to creative a more inclusive world is making a real impact and she is proud to play a role in this.
